It's official so we will report on it... R.I.P. Michael Joseph Jackson (8-29-58 ~ 6-25-09). All jokes aside; a life lost is never a laughing matter for family and friends. It saddens me to write this very blog because I grew up listening to and idolizing Mike's musical accomplishments. I don't know if all his legal troubles were staged, real, or fake but a man's life shouldn't be judged by his mis-steps, but by the good he's done for the world and its people. Like my grandfather just told me when I called him to discuss my disbelief in Mike's passing "it's not how and when you die, it's about what you did while you were here; and where you're going after." ...Ma ma se ma ma sa ma ma coo sa! ...he leaves quite a legacy.
