I'm sure you all hear Jay-Z, Rihanna, and Kanye West's "Run This Town", and I'm sure you read Barry's blog about Jay's lyric, "I'm in Maison, ugh, Martin Margiela." Well, here's a treat; an inside look of the pair of MMM's I just bought. I bought them straight from Italy (MMM is based in Paris though) and the material is incredible. The concept of the shoe is based off of Converse Chuck Taylors; but completely blow Chuck's out the water.

I'm sure all of you reading this have already heard the Blueprint 3; and I hope you like it just as much as I do. Now, watching these videos gave my straight goosebumps; MSG was packed, this concert would have been breath taking in person. I got this off of Ferrari Murakami's blogspot "F.M. PHENOMENAL" (Link at bottom) and it looked quite interesting. First, apparently Ye has been wanting to get graphics cut into his dome for sometime now, and recently he did just that. A whole load of graphics. Based of a Keith Haring portrait, Ye's new hair-do maybe a new swag if people can jump on. Check it after the jump.

If you've never heard of Bespoke from NikeiD, then you probably haven't been up on the sneaker game lately. Now, I've heard of Bespoke but my brother, Mark put me onto this pair. Bespoke is "a new and innovative by appointment design experience offering consumers the opportunity to work one-on-one with Nike design consultants to customize select Nike footwear styles." So, basically, you get to work with Nike consultants and create your own shoe. Amazing.

For those of you who don't know who Kaws is, he is probably the most popular urban artist out there. Born Brian Donnelly, and birthed out of Jersey City, NJ; Kaws has made a huge name for himself. Working from his home in Brooklyn, NY; Kaws has created some of the art, limited edition toys, and even a clothing line. His art is best known for his X-eyes he gives each character in his art.

The Nike Hypermax was designed to be the next great basketball shoe after the Hyperdunk, which reigned supreme over the hoop courts; indoor and outdoor last year. Nike designers just recently started making both models without the "flywire" technology, which debuted on the Hyperdunk and has since been the backbone of all of their new, lighter Nike models. The neon colorway of the Hypermax was first spotted at Sneaker Pimps ATL, which is an event that travels around the country setting up parties for the avid sneaker enthusiast and select hip-hop artists.

Yet again, another great season of footwear from Raf Simons. Raf Simons is known for not only their clothing, but the high-top sneakers the reinvent every season. This years line actually brings a different vibe to the footwear line. This season Raf Simons' has decided to go ahead and create a running shoe; somewhat revolutionary to the high fashion design of sneakers. This year they also bring a low-top version of their double strap, mesh high-tops. Last, but not least, Raf Simons also brings a fine leather casual dress shoe.

Anybody that knows me, knows that I'm a HUGE Bron fan, but when I first saw the sample for the Air Max LeBron VII; I was skeptical. These 7's are basically made from various Nike Basketball team shoes, built with flywire, and an air max 360 sole bag. Not the typical build for Bron's shoes. When the final product came out though, I immediately changed my thinking from "Hmmm, I don't know" to "Hmmm, I'll cop those." You be the judge, but these may possibly be one of the BEST Bron shoes yet.

First off, Gucci has decided to basically have a tour of temporary sneaker stores based in multiple places throughout the world. The stores will be basically "flash" sneaker stores, where they will stay open for about three to four weeks at a time. They will be based in places like London, Paris, Berlin, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. Not to mention the prestigous Crosby Street in SoHo on October 23rd. There will be 18 styles of sneakers, which only two will be for women.

For those of you who don't know, or have never heard of Gourmet footwear; then you're missing out. Gourmet brings a clean, more casual dress look to sneakers. Lately, they have been creating shoes that completely stray away from the typical look. Frankly, that's the beautiful thing about Gourmet. This 2010 Spring/Summer line has three pairs so far. One pair includes a high top, boat shoe feel; another brings a high top suede upper to the family. Lastly, Gourmet brought back their popular duck shoe. If you're looking for an edge on the sneaker competition, look into Gourmet footwear.
