Fashion moves fast, if you don't pay attention you'll miss it. Today it's quite hard to really stay up on all the previous, present, and future trends; good thing is you don't need to focus on each one. The best thing to do is to choose a trend or two and put your own personal twist to it. Fashion lets you show your individuality and character, so why not take what fashion has given you and let the rest of the world see your creativity. Read up though, my friend; this is GQ magazines 12 trends for Fall 2010. Enjoy.
1. Corduroy Suits
2. Suspenders
3. Tuxedo Jackets

This past Saturday, Fab 5 Ent.'s own; Young Scolla, performed in front of a large crowd at the Steel City Step Show put on by PITT's Black Action Society (BAS). Not only was the step show a great success, but Scolla's performance received a lot of great feedback. Local photographer Jordan Beckham helped us out with photography, and took some amazingly creative pictures. Barry, Young Scolla, and I had to hop in a slew of photos and represent our friends at Rocksmith Clothing (http://www.rocksmithtokyo.com). We at Fab 5 would like to thank everybody that helped out this Saturday, and we hope you like these great pictures. Enjoy.

Darin Hager, creator of Heyday footwear, strives to reinvent the styles and silhouettes of the sneakers he and his team create every season. You see something new and creative every season; whether it be their Summer release of the successful Nooka collaboration, or if it their boots for the Holiday season. Either way, its hard to compete with fresh footwear like that of Heyday. Recently, I caught up with Darin and talked in-depth about he and his successful brand; Heyday.

Many brands of footwear we follow are based on some sort of lifestyle, whether it be the rich, the “sneakerhead”, or whatever else you can think of. Passport Collective footwear really has a lifestyle all its own. Created by Mikhayel Tesfaye, the Passport name is based off of his life travels (Mikhayel’s family immigrated from Ethiopia), and the travels will not stop anytime soon.

Minimalist fashion designer, Neil Barrett (One of my favorite designers), recently made a sleek and subtle collaboration with prestigious boot company; Palladium. Three members of Fab 5 can admit the fact that Palladium boots are comfortable, quality boots for a great price. This boot keeps the same traditional, thick rubber sole, but changes it up with a simple premium leather upper. This are just like the Pampa model with the fold-and-button ankle; but includes tongue tabs and heel tabs.

Many people don't want to hear it anymore, but with the economy the way it is today; some clothing companies have taken a dive for the worse. Many companies like that of Urban Outfitters, H&M, Topman, French Connection, and Gap are becoming much more popular because of cheaper prices for quality goods. Uniqlo is one of the top companies for quality goods at great prices. Uniqlo is based in Japan, and has recently done a collaboration with iconic designer; Jil Sander.

We all know that Drake, Wayne, Em, and Ye's "Forever" song (previously just Drake's) was put onto the sound track for LeBron's premiere documentary; "More Than A Game." Bron recently celebrated his 25th birthday on December 30th, and Drake was in attendance, and performing; Akon, Jeezy, and Fabolous were also in attendance. Check out this video and pictures, everyone.

This is a designer I've been on for some months now, and I've been anticipating the footwear releasing in S/S 2010. Kris Van Assche's line and his Dior Homme line will be something for the ages, and so will Fujiwara's. This sneaker is made of a full cream suede upper, with a vulcanised sole (You will find that most high-end designers use a vulcanised sole). These are not the only pair in the collection, but they may be the most creative. Check them out.

Recently, I caught up via email with the up and coming footwear brand, CIPHER. I spoke with CIPHER partner, Collin Thompson, and asked him some questions about the brand and what's coming up for the new year. If you don't already know, CIPHER is an international footwear brand based in Hong Kong that has been around for about three years and has been steadily climbing its way to the top of the footwear totempole. CIPHER has become immensely popular in places like Hong Kong, Tokyo, and of course; Paris.
